These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Festivaly and the Festivaly Premium subscription ("Premium"). By subscribing to or using Premium, you agree to these Terms and to Apple's applicable media services terms for in-app purchases.
Festivaly Premium is an optional paid subscription that unlocks additional features in the Festivaly mobile app, including unlimited events and images, expanded gallery access, and cloud sync across your signed-in devices.
Premium is offered through in-app purchases processed by Apple. Subscription status and entitlements are managed with the help of RevenueCat as our subscription infrastructure provider.
Festivaly Premium may be offered in the following plans (availability and pricing are shown in the app at purchase time):
Plan names, prices, currency, and trial eligibility are determined by the App Store in your region and may change. The price displayed at checkout is the price you will be charged.
If you start an annual subscription with a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid annual subscription and Apple will charge your Apple ID payment method.
Free trials are generally available once per Apple ID or as otherwise indicated in the App Store. Eligibility is determined by Apple.
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. We do not store your payment card or banking details.
You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your device settings: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Festivaly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain Premium access until then.
Deleting the Festivaly app does not cancel your subscription. Lifetime purchases are non-recurring and do not auto-renew.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policies. We cannot issue refunds directly for App Store transactions.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Festivaly and Premium features for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the app except where permitted by law, or use Premium in violation of App Store rules.
Premium features such as multi-device sync require signing in with Apple, Google, or email, as offered in the app. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account credentials.
Synced data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update Premium features, pricing, or these Terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
Festivaly is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law in Brazil and the United States.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil and the United States, as applicable to your residence and the nature of the claim, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Consumers in Brazil retain rights under applicable Brazilian consumer protection law (including the CDC where applicable).
