Festivaly is a mobile iOS application that serves as a personal digital diary for live music lovers. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information when using our application.

1.1 Event Data

Festivaly allows you to record concerts and festivals you've attended or plan to attend. All this information is stored locally on your device and is not sent to our servers.

1.2 Usage and Analytics Data

We use Google Analytics to collect aggregated and anonymous data about how you use the application. This data includes:

  • App navigation patterns
  • Most used features
  • App usage time
  • Information about crashes and technical errors
  • Device type and operating system version

This data helps us understand how to improve the app and fix potential technical issues.

1.3 Data We DO NOT Collect

Festivaly does not collect:

  • Photos or files from your device (except when you choose to attach them to your events)

Your event data (concerts and festivals you've recorded) remains exclusively on your device and is only used to generate your personal insights, rankings, and achievements within the app.

We do not share your data with third parties. The only data collected (analytics via Google Analytics) is processed by Google according to their own privacy policies.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers, partner companies, or any other organization.

4. Storage and Security

4.1 Local Storage

All your event data (concerts, festivals, achievements, etc.) is stored locally on your iOS device, using Apple's secure storage features. We do not maintain copies of this data on external servers.

4.2 Backup and Synchronization

Your data may be included in automatic iCloud backups if you have this feature enabled on your device. These backups are managed by Apple according to their own privacy policies.

In compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), you have the following rights:

  • Access to your data: Since your data is stored locally, you have direct access to it through the app
  • Data deletion: You can delete all your data at any time by uninstalling the app
  • Data portability: You can export your data through the app's backup functionality
  • Consent withdrawal: You can disable analytics data sharing in your iOS device settings

Festivaly is recommended for users 13 years or older. Since we do not collect personally identifiable information, we have no way of verifying users' ages. Parents and guardians should supervise the use of the app by minors.
